Wants politicians to act on new jail
It seems clear to me that we need a new jail. Are our local politicians as bad as our national politics? Where is our Bellingham mayor and her administration? We need responsible leadership to address this problem. I think the voters were confused when voting on this issue. We were getting mixed messages from our local leaders who seem unable to get their act together. Thank goodness for Sheriff Elfo who appears to place the best interest of our county above politics. It is time for leadership and a resolution to this issue.
