Says comments not worthy of charges
I believe charging the WWU student with a hate crime for his ill-advised internet comments is making a bad situation worse.
His response to the posting by another was inappropriate but charging him with a felony will just increase the level of mistrust in the community. If he and his family weren’t haters before, chances are they will be if these charges hold.
