Chastises driver for killing deer

To the person that was driving the car on Brownsville Drive on Halloween between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.: You hit and killed a deer that was on the street and I am sure you know that. Do you also realize that it very easily could have been a child or other person that was on the road? It was Halloween and our area usually gets quite a few trick-or-treaters on that evening. Something else I am sure you don’t know is that about six children stopped to stay with that animal and they also called the proper authorities to let them know there was a dead deer on the side of the road. The children had more compassion and time than you saw fit to spend on an animal you killed. When you are in a neighborhood like ours that is not lit very well at night, please slow down or the next time it could be a person instead of an animal you kill!
