Says President wields threats

The season for threatening a government shutdown has again arrived. On Sept. 10, Yahoo News announced “White House warns U. S. government headed for shutdown.” The “White House” doesn’t actually speak. President Obama was the culprit. He habitually issues shut down threats.

Back on December 2014, the Daily Caller headlined, “Obama: Fund amnesty or I’ll shut down the government.” A month later the Conservative Tribune reported that the “White House threatens to shut down” Homeland Security. The next month Fox News reported another Obama government shutdown threat.

Over the past couple of months Mr. Obama has warned he will lock down federal services if Congress defunds Planned Parenthood or passes any protection for unborn children. In early October Obama again brandished the technique, insisting that Congress raise the already horrific national debt ceiling before Christmas. And if they don’t? You have one guess.

Congress cannot shut the government down. Only one person can make that decision, and I believe he constantly, callously and egotistically uses his executive power to make war on the American people.
