Supports expanding county districts

I believe the current three Whatcom voting districts do not ensure a voice for all county residents. The proposed change to district-only voting will make the situation worse than is now the case, I believe. The five district proposal from the County Council solves this problem by providing proportionate representation for everyone in the county whether district-only voting returns or not.

I urge all county voters to vote for the five district proposal in November.
