Wants legislators accountable for fines
So state government is being held liable for the Legislature’s refusal to fund education. Why not the individual legislators? If each one of them were held liable (according to their moral obligation), I believe we would see a rapid action resulting in a sustainable and workable plan.
But since our legislators seem to think government should operate as does big business, they will pass these fines onto the taxpayers, exempting themselves from that cost. It is past time for these rascals to be held accountable.
