UPDATE: Frost advisory affecting Lower Garfield and Asotin counties Friday

On Thursday at 11:18 p.m. the NWS Spokane WA released an updated frost advisory valid for Friday between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Lower Garfield and Asotin counties.

The NWS informs, "Temperatures to between 33 and 38 will result in frost formation."

"Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," describes the NWS. "Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold."

This advisory is in effect until Friday at 9 a.m.
