Interstate 5 off-ramp in Bellingham will be closed for two hours Thursday
The Meridian Street off-ramp from southbound Interstate 5 will be closed for two hours Thursday to allow workers to replace a streetlight, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The Bellingham ramp will be closed from 10 a.m. to noon. Delays are expected in the area, and motorists are advised to find an alternative route.
