Lane closures on tap this week for southbound I-5 and Main Street in Ferndale
Expect traffic along Main Street in Ferndale to be more congested than usual this week as the city will implement lane closures to facilitate utility work related to its Civic Campus Project.
Contractors will work on both the north and south sides of Main Street at different times, according to a city of Ferndale news release.
Drivers should expect delays near 2113 Main St. — between Sterling and Fourth avenues — as traffic is lane-shifted through the area. The closures will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 7.
