A Hit 5 ticket purchased at a Western Washington grocery store paid off big for one lucky lottery player, according to lottery officials.
The player matched all five white balls in the Sunday, June 14, drawing to win a $825,000 cashpot, according to a spokesperson for Washington’s Lottery.

Where was winning Hit 5 ticket sold in Washington state?
The winning Hit 5 ticket was bought at Fred Meyer, 16600 Southeast McGillivray Boulevard in Vancouver, according to the Washington’s Lottery spokesperson.
“The retailer will receive an $8,250 bonus for selling the winning ticket,” the spokesperson wrote in an email.
It takes about an hour and 40 minutes to drive from Olympia to Tacoma.
What were winning Hit 5 numbers?
The winning numbers in Sunday’s drawing were 10, 12, 13, 16 and 41, according to the Washington’s Lottery website.
When is the next Hit 5 drawing?
Hit 5 drawings occur daily at 8 p.m.
The next Hit 5 drawing is 8 p.m. on Monday, June 15.
Ticket sales end at 7:45 p.m. for the day’s drawing, and resume at 7:46 p.m. to be counted in the following day’s drawing.
How to play Hit 5 lottery game
The Hit 5 lottery game costs $1 per play, according to Washington’s Lottery.
Players can choose five numbers between 1 and 42 using a playslip or let the system Quick Pick the numbers for them. You can buy tickets for up to 25 consecutive drawings.
“Cashpots start at $100,000 and keep growing until someone matches all five numbers to win,” Washington’s Lottery said.
As of Monday, June 15, the Hit 5 cashpot was $100,000.
The odds of winning the Hit 5 cashpot are one in 851,000.
