JUNE 13-14Faire du Well at the county fairgroundsFor those looking to travel back in time to the Renaissance, Faire du Well at the Skagit County Fairgrounds on Saturday and Sunday may be the perfect event.

Faire du Well is the Washington Shakespearean Festival's first full weekend Renaissance fair in Skagit County. The weekend will feature live entertainment, food, merchants, a beer garden, games and more.

Tickets are $25 each day and are sold at the fairground gates. The event runs 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

JUNE 13Bayshore Symphony Spring ConcertThe Bayshore Symphony will conclude its season with "Stories, Songs and the Silver Screen" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Mount Vernon First United Methodist Church.

The show will feature music from the 1949 musical "South Pacific," the 1990 film "Dances with Wolves," as well as classical and pop music.

The Bayshore Symphony is a Whatcom County-based nonprofit dedicated to making orchestral music accessible and affordable to musicians and music enthusiasts.

Tickets are sold online and at the door for a suggested donation of $15 to $20.
