Tickets are $10. The event is restricted to ages 21 and older.
All proceeds will go to affected families, and Fei's has committed to matching the total amount made from door ticket sales at the end of the evening, singer and organizer Matt Smith wrote in an email.
Donation boxes will be available at the entrance and on stage throughout the event.
Smith is one of six artists involved in the event. Mike Clasey, Dug Cox, LuAnna Gratzer, Catarina Lubbe and Jeff Hamilton are also scheduled to perform.
"As someone who personally lost two very close friends in this tragedy, I felt compelled to do something meaningful to help the families and honor those we lost," Smith wrote. "Organizing this tribute benefit is my way of giving back and helping our community heal during an incredibly difficult time."
