Presiding Cowlitz County Superior Court Judge Patricia Fassett signed an arrest warrant Wednesday for Wakson Willy, 32, who is charged with five felony counts of second-degree assault.

Willy is out on a $15,000 bail after his Feb. 28 arrest.

That day, officers responded to a report that about 12 men were fighting on the Allen Street Bridge after a two-vehicle collision involving a blue 2006 Nissan Pathfinder and a green 1998 Toyota Camry, according to arresting documents.

The officer reports the Pathfinder rear-ended the Camry, with estimated damage totaling about $5,000.

A witness provided cellphone footage, reportedly showing Willy chasing four people with a large kitchen knife.

The officer writes that a person with Willy - Tison Luck, 20, of Keizer, Oregon - was also carrying a slingshot in the video. It was later found in the Pathfinder, the report states.

Luck is also charged with five counts of second-degree assault, court records show.

Four other men were seen running away from the scene in the 200 block of Grant Street, behind the Kelso Red Leaf on Main Street

Those men told authorities they were heading west on Allen Street in the Camry when the people in the Pathfinder started shooting at them, presumably with rocks from the slingshot, and eventually shattered the Camry's rear window before rear-ending it.

The two groups then began to fight on the Allen Street Bridge. When Willy brandished a kitchen knife and attempted to stab people, the people in the Camry fled on foot, the report states.

Police report finding a large number of rocks in Luck's pants pocket, as well.

Luck's first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.
