Western Washington lottery tickets split Hit 5 jackpot. Here’s how much they won
Two lucky lottery players in Western Washington struck the Hit 5 jackpot and will split the winnings.
The winning Hit 5 tickets both matched all five winning numbers in the drawing on Saturday, Dec. 13, according to the Washington’s Lottery website.
The lucky winners split the $115,000 cashpot, which means they’ll take home $57,500 each, a lottery official told The News Tribune via email.

Where were winning lottery tickets sold in Washington?
The winning tickets were sold at Safeway grocery stores in Kirkland and Port Townsend, the lottery official said.
The Kirkland supermarket is at 12519 NE 85th St., and the Port Townsend grocery store is at 442 W. Sims Way.
The stores will “split the selling bonus, which comes out to $575 each,” the lottery official said.
Kirkland is about a 50-minute drive northeast of Tacoma, in King County.
It takes about an hour and 40 minutes to drive from Tacoma to Port Townsend in Jefferson County.
What were winning lottery numbers in Saturday’s drawing?
The winning numbers in Saturday’s Hit 5 drawing were 5, 7, 26, 32 and 34, according to Washington’s Lottery.

The jackpot game Hit 5 costs $1 per play.
Players choose five numbers from 1 to 42 or allow the system to choose for them, according to Washington’s Lottery.
If a player matches all five numbers, they take home the cashpot, which starts out at $100,000 and grows until it’s won, the lottery website said.
The odds of winning the Hit 5 cashpot are one in 851,000, per the website.
Lesser prizes range from a free ticket to $150.
When is the next Hit 5 drawing?
The next Hit 5 drawing is at 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 15.
