US Justice Department approves Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros, Politico reports

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Justice Department's Antitrust Division has approved Paramount Skydance Corp's planned $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery, Politico reported on Friday, citing two people familiar.
