$54 million ranch for sale in Texas has a cave — and is next to George Strait’s resort

Paradise, however, does not come without a hefty price tag, and this ranch is on the market for $54 million.
And yes, that includes being a stone’s throw from Tapatio Springs, a Hill Country resort owned by country star George Strait.
The main, 3200-plus square-foot limestone house sits regally on a paved road — with its massive covered porch beckoning guests. The property has been owned by the same family since 1951.
