A graphic Instagram Live broadcast that featured a woman being beaten has led to four arrests and a search for two other people, according to the Clayton County Police Department in Georgia.

The victim has not been identified, but the video showed “a crying, beaten, bloodied, and partially naked woman in tattered clothes,” Fox 5 Atlanta reported.

It happened around 1 p.m. Oct. 31 at a home on Heather Circle in Riverdale, officials said in a video posted on Facebook. The community is south of Atlanta.

Police responded after the department received “a social media outcry for help in reference to a female being assaulted on Instagram Live,” officials said. Instagram is a free app for sharing photos and video via iPhone and Android devices, according to the Instagram Help Center.

“Upon arrival, officers made contact at the front door with a female who denied that anyone was inside the residence,” police said.

“During the conversation, one of the many complainants arrived on scene and provided video footage that clearly indicated there were multiple subjects inside the residence. Due to the exigent circumstances, offers made entry into the home and performed a protective sweep.”

They discovered a woman with “multiple non-life-threatening injuries” was being kept behind a locked door, officials said. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Four people were arrested at the home, but two others “fled on foot” and remain at large, officials said.

The four arrested include: Tynisha Blyther, 28; Courtney Fisher, 37; K’ayla Smith, 21, and Quntavious Grover, 19, officials said. The four are charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and acts, and tampering with evidence, police said.

Investigators are searching for Daniellie Moose, 28, who escaped the scene with a man identified as Javen Hill. He turned himself in on Nov. 2, officials said.

The police department’s post featured still images from the video, some of which included comments from viewers who noted the victim’s teeth had been knocked out. Other commenters wrote they contacted police after seeing the live feed.
