The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Stephen Conrad Coakley, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft.

Mason Manuel Fernandez, booked by Washington State Patrol and an agency outside Whatcom County for third-degree driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver.

Joel David Hollander, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Benjamin Joseph Jennings, booked by Department of Corrections on a detainer.

Efrain Sebastian Martinez, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree retail theft.

Kiera Corinne McDonald, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree vehicle prowling.

Kenneth Warren Miller, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence.

Ricky Allen Westby, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for violating a no-contact order and violating a domestic violence no-contact order with assault.

Michael Rodger Williams, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree burglary and urinating in public.

Kaare Anthony Young, booked by Lummi Nation and Ferndale police departments for third-degree driving with a suspended license and dumping waste without a permit.
