The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

James Garnett Adams, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, disobedience of a lawful court order, a controlled substance violation, possession od drug paraphernalia and delivering, possessing or manufacturing drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly Cathrine Anker, booked by Bellingham Police Department for possession or manufacture of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Vania Leticia Marie Gutierrez, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree criminal impersonation.

Casey Renee Harris, booked by Sumas Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Robert John Harwager, booked by Western Washington University Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Chynna Linda Hernandez, booked by Blaine Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Anthony David Hines, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a protection order.

Rhonda Lea Johnson, booked by Washington State Patrol for a probation/parole violation.

Brenda Anne Stueber, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence.
