The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Christopher Paul Cultee, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Kyle Owen Finkbonner, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for resisting arrest, residential burglary, obstructing a police officer, escape, possession of drug paraphernalia, child abuse neglect, a controlled substance violation, and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Blair Kennedy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting.

Dominic Lester Z. Kirton, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Paul Daniel McFarland, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Jose Antonio Pineda, booked by Ferndale Police Department for second-degree assault.

Michael Andrew Schjang Jr., booked by Washington State Patrol for resisting arrest and driving under the influence.

Corey John Sobjack, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

James Michael Solomon, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and third-degree theft.
