The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Alexander Hill Alvarado, booked by Lynden Police Department for making a false statement to an officer.

Ricki Lee Kiefer, booked by Washington State Patrol for physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and drug possession.

Lonnie James Low, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Germaine Little Eagle Martin, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree domestic violence assault and battery.

Wahinkpe Luta Martinez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for both fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Sky D. Miller, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Ryan Leman Padilla, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and an agency outside Whatcom County for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Anthony Albert Picos, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Jandy Anna Pierre, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for a Lummi drug court violation.

Richard Lee Savaldor, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault and harassment.

Guillermo Sotelo Nunez, booked by Ferndale Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Gloriann Tennyson, booked by Blaine Police Department for false reporting.

Matthew A. Valley, booked by Everson Police Department for first-degree driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest.

Lucas James Nedlic Weber, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

Three days after the Hohl Feed & Seed blaze, another one started in a downtown alley Thursday. Bellingham Police and Fire are investigating a fire between the Leopold and the Bank of America parking garage.
