Whatcom County Jail report for March 7

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Thomas Aaron George, booked by Lynden Police Department and Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for minor in possession/consumption of alcohol and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Kyle Patrick Goddard, booked by Ferndale Police Department for violation of a domestic violence no-contact order and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Travis Everett Gordon, booked by Bellingham Police Department for unlawful imprisonment, third-degree malicious mischief and violation of a no-contact order.

Tanya Marie Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for disobedience of a lawful order of the court.

Marque Leroy Jones, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office on fugitive from justice warrants.

Joshua Frank Lane, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and second-degree burglary.

Joel Sherwin Magtabog-Bergman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and an agency outside Whatcom County for second-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for a controlled substance violation.

Daniel Glen Mckay, booked by Western Washington University and Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and a probation/parole violation.

Nigel Victor Odette, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.

David Stanley Phair, booked by Washington State Patrol and Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for contempt of court, unlawful use of a firearm, driving under the influence, and obstructing a police officer.

Brittany Lynn Plagerman , booked by Department of Corrections on a detainer.

Jennifer Lynn Sobjack, booked by Bellingham Police Department on a DOC detainer and second-degree burglary.

Adam W. Stanavige, booked by Washington State Patrol and Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Robert Spyder Sykes, booked by Washington State Patrol, an agency outside Whatcom County and Ferndale Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, third-degree introducing contraband, failure to appear for third-degree theft, a controlled substance violation, and failure to appear for making a false statement.

Ryland James Temperio, booked by Department of Corrections on a swift and certain warrant.
