The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael William Farrell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence and urinating in public.

Timothy Duane Franklin, booked by Department of Corrections and Bellingham Police Department on a DOC detainer and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Cheri Lynn Fugere, booked by an agency outside of Whatcom County and Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for violation of a protection order and driving under the influence.

Michael Louis Gharidini, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Dane Zuger Halvorson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for felony harassment and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Taylor Joanne Hasson, booked by Washington State Patrol for fourth-degree assault.

Robert Anthony Johnson, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence, making a false statement to an officer and obstructing.

Isabel Eliza Kahlbaum, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Zhanlin Li, booked by Blaine Police Department on fugitive from justice warrants.

Cody James Peter, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Rodolfo Ramirez Garcia, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and making a false statement to an officer.

Kristine Samantha Helen Shippen, booked by Washington State Patrol and Lynden Police Department for second-degree driving with a suspended license, third-degree driving with a suspended license, violation of an ignition interlock, making a false statement to an officer and obstructing.
