The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jarrett Ernest Dorsey, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for failure to appear for violation of a no-contact order.

Dane Albert Goodman, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for failure to appear for malicious mischief.

Gregory Scott Griffith, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct/obstructing traffic.

Renata Luisa Gutierrez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Benjamin Joseph Jennings, booked by Department of Corrections and Bellingham Police Department on a DOC detainer and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Balwant Singh Kalsi, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Jesse Austin Kerr, booked by Lynden Police Department and Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, and failure to appear for minor in possession/consuming alcohol.

Timothy James Lee, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Seren R. Marshall, booked by Ferndale Police Department for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Dustin Tyler Owen, booked by Department of Corrections on a detainer.

Bjarne Alfred Riffe, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock, and driving under the influence.

Nicolas Tyler Lee Vanduisen, booked by Sumas Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass.

Gaspar F. Vicentesimon, booked by Everson Police Department for driving under the influence.
