Jacquelyn Azure Elzea, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for manufacture and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Justin Douglas Hunter, booked by Department of Corrections for a community custody violation.
Brach Scott Johnson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for both a controlled substance violation and possession of a dangerous weapon.
Joshua Caine Kellerman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a community custody violation.
