Elliott Keith Edson, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Herbert Clyde Flanagan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence.

Valentina Anastasia George, booked by Bellingham Police Department on a warrant for third-degree theft.

Louis John Handerson, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Nickiala R. Harwood, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Deven Joseph Jeffery, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for taking a motor vehicle without permission.

John Reinard Owens, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for violating a protection order.

Justin Heath Phair, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
