Orlando Roe Castaneda, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
Kevin Francis Gnewuch, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and driving under the influence.
Kenneth Alfred Heinzl, booked by Ferndale Police Department for manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, obstructing a police officer and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
Charles Dion Antone Jimmy, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree assault.
