Kioni Noel Bryant-Hines, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Austin Taylor Gillilan, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for peddling or soliciting without a license.

Justin Ray Hansen, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault.

Darvine Anthony James, booked by Department of Corrections for a possession of a controlled substance with no prescription and a department detainer.

Kim Hallam Johnson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a protection order.

Nollen Randell Johnson, booked by Washington State Patrol for obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Robert Samuel Johnson, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Devron Lam, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for second-degree theft.

Zachary Joe Lane, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a controlled substance violation, driving with a license suspended in the second degree and a juvenile court detainer.

Cody William Marini, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Christopher Thomas McMahon, booked by Washington State Patrol for an ignition interlock violation, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and a parole violation.

Ramon Mendez-Adames, booked by Everson Police Department for negligent driving in the first degree.

Michael Dean Money, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree malicious mischief and driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Drew Michael Neilan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a department detainer, negligent driving in the first degree, hit and run of an unattended vehicle and failure to appear for false statement to an officer.

Paul Anthony Padilla, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Beth Ann Robinson, booked by Lynden Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief, third-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree assault and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Colten Ray Steagall, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a parole violation.
