Troy Alan Brown, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Lacie Victoria Brownell, booked by Blaine Police Department for violating a protection order.

Michael Walter Brungger, booked by Blaine Police Department for violating a protection order.

Toni Lucy Anne Charleson Jack, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Eliezer Figueroa, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for possession of stolen vehicle and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Gregory F. Finnson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree assault.

Kari Lynn Harriman, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer and a community custody violation.

Randi Jennifer Mather, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence, operator of a vehicle refusing to comply with police, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for third-degree theft and false reporting.

Alexandrea Danielle Pedregon, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree burglary.
