Gary Wayland Cason, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving with a license suspended in the first and second degree.

Grace Francis Cooper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft and second-degree robbery.

Brittney Mae Crossen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault and harassment.
