Doug Gerd Hagensen, booked by Bellingham Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.
Steven Richard Houser, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.
Rio Margay Lundquist Deluz, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
Courtney Lynn Meador, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.
Mario Mendoza-Mendez, booked by Washington State Patrol for a parole violation.
Rebecca Lorraine Nulph, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.
