The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

George William Concha, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for violating a domestic violence protection order.

John Paul Condyles, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Doug Gerd Hagensen, booked by Bellingham Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

Steven Richard Houser, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.

Rio Margay Lundquist Deluz, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Courtney Lynn Meador, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.

Mario Mendoza-Mendez, booked by Washington State Patrol for a parole violation.

Rebecca Lorraine Nulph, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Rafael Pascual Francisco, booked by Everson Police Department for driving under the influence.

Todd James Renard, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree vehicle prowling and second-degree theft.

Andre Reginald Revey, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree burglary.

Jennifer Rose Solomon, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a protection order.

Tommy Le Tran, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the second degree, driving under the influence and an ignition interlock violation.

Larry George Whitman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and second-degree robbery.
