Christopher Garcia, booked by the Washington State Patrol for a probation or parole violation.

Jorge Dagoberto Gilbert, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Jenna Marie Jacobson, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Deven Joseph Jeffery, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for attempting to elude a police vehicle and taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Travis Jeffrey Little, booked by the state Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
