The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Fred Junior Binschus, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Tammy Corinna Caldwell, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Richard Lee Finley, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer, second-degree possession of stolen property and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel Houston Harper, booked by Ferndale Police Department for felony harassment.

Robert L. Nieuwendorp, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to transfer title within 45 days.

Eric James Smith, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespass.

Guy Warren Smith, booked by Lynden Police Department for harassment.

Melissa Anne Taylor, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass.

Jesse Lee Weyland, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and first-degree robbery.

Nathan Lee Williams, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
