Steven Matthew Gilliland, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Steven Michael Johnson, booked on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Robert Ernest Lafortune, booked by Western Washington University Police for reckless driving.

Jeanetta Delores Louis, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.

Robert Jay Oswald, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Cody James Peter, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa Ann Smith, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree theft of rental property.

Rui Zhang, booked by Washington State Patrol for reckless driving.
