Edward Emil Larson, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Robert Brian Livengood, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for minor intoxicated in public and fourth-degree assault.

Germaine Little Eagle Martin, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, third-degree assault and battery, and child abuse neglect.

Chad William Osgood, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
