The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Oleg Bugriyev, booked by Bellingham Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

Robert Kent Chase, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for offender in possession of a firearm.

Sherryl Anne Cornish, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft.

Kolya Daughs, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Chandra Sue Dibley, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Zack Thomas Elwell, booked by Washington State Patrol for hit and run of an attended vehicle and reckless driving.

Jade Mathew Kennedy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence, driving with a license suspended in the first degree and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock.

Kenny Ray William Littrell, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving under the influence.

Brandon Lee Owen, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Jonathan Emery Pickett, booked by Blaine Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Justin Christopher Poat, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a controlled substance violation.

Vicki Lynn Wilson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, defrauding an innkeeper, possession of stolen property and second-degree identity theft.
