Catherine Lewellen, booked by the Washington State Patrol and the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Phillip M. Quandt, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for residential burglary.

Erick Eduardo Velasquez-Molina, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
