Stephan Armond Charlot, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree assault and battery domestic violence, third-degree assault, second-degree malicious mischief and failure to appear for both third-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief.

Nathan Allan Cultee, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jhonathan Virgil DePoppe, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violation of a domestic-violence protection order.

David Lynn Fierst, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence.

Quenton Charles Johnson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock, attempting to elude a police vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing a police officer.
