Kristy Suzanne Fehlman, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Tiffany M. Hansen, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft and a controlled substance violation.

Billy Joe King, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Shekinah Marie McAllister, booked by Ferndale Police Department for obstructing, making a false statement to an officer and resisting arrest.

Nicky Lee Millard, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and vehicular assault.

Dustin Tyler Owen, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Noah James Rambo, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting.

Kevin Ray Reynolds, booked by Lynden Police Department for harassment.

Ronald Paul Spoelstra, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Taylor Austin Swearingen, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.
