The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Adrian Robert Cronn, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence, physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated and manufacturing, delivery, or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Joesiah Stanley Dunne, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree trafficking.

Daniel Brian Forster, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first- and second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Alvira Elizabeth Gambler, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree child molestation.

Andrea Anay Garcia, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for forgery.

Myrna Lee Garver, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Andres Noe Rodriguez Garza, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Ashley Marie Peralez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Jennifer Marie Sutterley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, second-degree theft and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass.

Phillip Wilson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Scott Chandler Younce, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault, interfering with a report of domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.
