Michael Ian Burns, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault and violating a protection order.

Raymond Manuel Cagey, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree assault and battery.

Joanna Marie Daly, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Francisco Javier Diaz-Ramirez, booked by Lynden Police Department for no valid operators license and negligent driving in the first-degree.
