Michael Fletcher Heard, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fugitive from justice warrants.
Daniel Allen Igou, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.
Travis Jeffrey Little, booked for a Department of Corrections detainer.
Tamra Jean Loehr, booked by Bellingham Police Department for endangerment with a controlled substance.
Sharlot Yvonne Maddox, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a domestic violence protection order, theft of a motor vehicle, felony harassment and violating a domestic violence court order.
