The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Rodney Wayne Dement, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence, fourth-degree assault, interfering with a report of domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.

Harvey Raymond Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and driving under the influence.

Dora Kovacs, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Ernest Oscar Lane, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for first-degree criminal impersonation.

Christopher Daniel Mayse, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear third-degree theft.

Simon Django Nuckles-Flinn, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and minor in possession of alcohol.

Jonathan Emery Pickett, booked by Ferndale Police Department for minor in possession.

Tyler Sheppard, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

David Lee Tarter, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Dawn Elizabeth Toney Seigman, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Corey Wade, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Grant Steven Welch, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting.
