Adell Lee Estep, booked by Blaine Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Kristy Suzanne Fehlman, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.

Victor Manuel Figueroa, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Jimmy Flores, booked by Bellingham Police Department for harassment.

Lorin Edward French, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Andrew Gavin Hill, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Michael Inness, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree possession of stolen property.
