David Lee Gist, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

James Earl Harkness, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

David Anthony Hogan, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Dominic Jordan Lee James, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving with a license suspended in the second degree and a parole violation.

Sandra Jones, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Michael Thomas Moore, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Desmond Wayne Muskrat, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree assault.

Joey Dillon Ricks, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.
