Police investigating burglary at Bellingham’s Penny Lane Antique Mall

Bellingham police are investigating a break-in at the Penny Lane Antique Mall, where an estimated $4,000 worth of merchandise was stolen.

The Bellingham Police Department received a report of a break-in was reported around 9:15 a.m Sept. 2.

Someone broke the glass out of the front door and ransacked a display case, according to Lt. Claudia Murphy with BPD.

Co-owner Matt Berglund told The Herald that the thief took silver rings and other jewelry.

No suspect has been identified, though the Penny Lane Antique Mall Instagram page posted photos of the suspect from security camera footage.

Penny Lane Antique Mall is located at 427 West Holly St.
