A 14-year-old from Canada was arrested for making a bomb threat at Ferndale High School, according to a news release from Megan Juenaman at the city of Ferndale.

The bomb threat came in Oct. 3, forcing an evacuation of the facility while law enforcement searched the building.

“According to Craig Tremaroli, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Albany field office, investigators believe the teen is responsible for dozens of hoaxes at schools, restaurants, government organizations, police departments, airports and universities across 12 states and throughout Canada,” the news release states.

It is where in Canada the teenager lives or what potential charges the suspect might face.
