Whatcom County man arrested for felony DUI following accident Sunday night, sheriff says
A Whatcom County man has been arrested for felony driving under the influence that involved a single-vehicle collision in the 350 block of Bennett Road.
Hector J Reymundo Guzman, 25, had three prior DUI’s, which resulted in this being a felony, according to the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Department.
The accident happened at 10: 30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15.
Reymundo Guzman was treated for minor injuries at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the collision.
Along with felony DUI, he was booked on suspicion of driving without a license third degree and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock.
Reymundo Guzman is currently in custody at Whatcom County Jail.
