The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Richard Alvarado, booked by Everson Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Tiffani Anne Brannian, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Quentin Tyrone Charlie, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Richard Michael Deem, booked by Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Johnathan David George, booked by Everson Police Department for no valid operator’s license, attempting to elude a police vehicle, marijuana possession, residential burglary and resisting arrest.

Elly Anna Hagen, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Dwayne Ennis Henry, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a no-contact order.

Tiffanie Monique James, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Jake Suchannon Johnnie, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for controlled substance violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey Adrian Jordan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fugitive from justice warrants.

Penny Wilson Laclair, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for being a minor in possession or consuming alcohol and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Moises Garcia Lopez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct.

Sky David Miller, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for being a minor in possession or consuming alcohol.

David Lee Moore, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Dimitri Jay Sampson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence.

Sebastian Kane Scarborough, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia.
