The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jason David Leon Billy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Tammerly Darcel Coe, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Taylore Marie Eck, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespass.

Jeffrey Curtis George, booked by Washington State Patrol for obstructing and failure to appear for violating a no-contact order.

Antonia Paul Guttuso, booked by Bellingham Police Department for harassment and disorderly contact or disturbing the peace.

Alexander Stanton Laswell, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Heather Ranea Olson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for attempting to elude a police vehicle, resisting arrest and driving under the influence.

Harold Edward Ostrander, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Balvir K. Singh, booked by Ferndale Police Department for hit-and-run of an attended vehicle and physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

Michael Joseph Vandenberg, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Abby Patricia Wagner, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office on a Department of Corrections detainer, possession of a legend drug without a perscription and failure to appear for first-degree theft.

Christian Michael Werner, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and third-degree malicious mischief.

Jie Zhang, booked by Washington State Patrol for controlled substance manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to sell and obstructing a police officer.
